Pippa Gregory
Pippa Gregory is an investigative psychologist with over 30 years of experience providing specialist advice to law enforcement. As one of three Behavioural Investigative Advisers in the UK, she has delivered operational, tactical, and strategic guidance to national and international police on serious and sexual violent behaviour. She has advised on over 400 investigations and is currently overseeing insider threat evaluation and management for the UK’s National Crime Agency. Pippa has been an AETAP board member since 2023.
She prides herself on evidence-based practice, with a strong focus on translating research into practical operational solutions. She is collaborating with colleagues to develop guidelines for assessing risks in non-convicted sex offenders, anonymous threatening communication, and insider threats. She has a particular interest in reducing unconscious bias and enhancing the effective evaluation of crime scenes, but her main passion has always been the elimination of violence against vulnerable women and girls.
